MEET INSIGHT FACTORY

Jerry brings more than 20 years of data analytics leadership and strategy experience to Insight Factory, with a focus on innovation and building competitive advantage for clients.   Jerry has successfully built and led data analytics teams at Thomson Reuters, where his team won the CFO award for innovation and business impact, and consulted with and advised numerous C-level leaders on data analytics strategy and investments as a consultant and as a senior executive at Sequoia Capital-funded Lattice Engines, purchased by Dun & Bradstreet in 2019.  Jerry is a consummate data analytics "Trusted Advisor" to CEOs and other senior executives, who look to him for strategic guidance on data analytics programs, investments and priorities.   Jerry has an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from George Washington Law School and a BA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Naveen leads data analytics and technology delivery for Insight Factory and is also the founder and Managing Director of Bangalore, India-based DataGrokr. Naveen has 20 years of leadership and delivery experience in analytics, consulting and IT strategy, and has also led data and technology teams for large Fortune 100 companies.  Naveen also has deep experience working with start-ups and private investors on data analytics initiatives and has proven experience in building engineering teams and products from the ground up.  He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta.

Max is the Data Science Leader of Insight Factory.  Previously, Max led data science teams with Dun and Bradstreet, a business data company, following D&B's acquisition of Lattice Engines, a VC-backed startup in Silicon Valley.  He was formerly a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago and São Paulo. Max holds an engineering degree from Princeton and studied machine learning with Andrew Ng at Stanford University.
